About Us

My name is Raza Imam and I’ve been involved in martial arts since I was 12 years old. I always had a fascination with body weight exercises and strength training that didn’t involve lifting weights. I started lifting weights in high school, but it just wasn’t sustainable for me, so I came back to body weight exercises. Then I read a book discussing isometric and plyometrics in college and it just clicked. So I created this blog to be a resource for isometric and plyometric related exercises.
